Shauni & Mark, our husband and wife duo, worked as independent support workers after lived experience with family members facing disabilities. Together with Krystle, our team member since day one, we have been working in the NDIS landscape since 2020 and obtained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals living with a disability. We witnessed the impact of service providers solely driven by growth, who lost touch of what truly matters, doing things The Right Way for their clients.
Shauni recognised the pressing need for a small & personable support services business that stays true to the fundamental principle of participant choice.
