Shauni is the founder and owner of The Right Way Company. After years of working as an Independent Support Worker, Shauni wanted to bring on a small team to expand the reach of support she could provide to have a bigger impact on her local community. What started out as just a cleaning business, Shauni called on her lived experience as a carer to a family member, as well as years of support and care to those around her, to become a Support Worker and to assist and help people of all abilities achieve their goals.
Shauni identified and witnessed the impact of service providers solely driven by growth, and she recognised a pressing need for a support service business that stays true to participant choice and doing things The Right Way for their clients.
Shauni is the proud Mum of two boys, Dallas & Nash, with her husband Mark, and their goal is to make a difference in the world today, doing their part to create a more inclusive and supportive future, and to create a legacy that they can be proud of to pass onto their two boys.
Mark, our in house Coach, grew up with a family member in a wheelchair and has been around people living with disabilities his entire life. This, coupled with his desire to support and help those around him to live the best life they can, as well as his love for sports, has made a career path as a support worker a no brainer.
Mark has experience working with children and adults with varying disabilities, and specialises in sports coaching and development for all ages, and all abilities.

Shauni & Mark, our husband and wife duo, worked as independent support workers after lived experience with family members facing disabilities. Together with Krystle, our team member since day one, we have been working in the NDIS landscape since 2020 and obtained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals living with a disability. We witnessed the impact of service providers solely driven by growth, who lost touch of what truly matters, doing things The Right Way for their clients.
